She is a licensed clinical psychologist and a Diplomate in Clinical Neuropsychology from the American Board of Professional Psychology. She earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Connecticut and completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology at Hartford Hospital and the Institute of Living. She recently served as the Director of the Psychology Department for Gaylord Hospital as well as the Co-Director of their Center for Brain Health, which included their Center for Concussion Care. Dr. Bullard is bilingual (English/Spanish) and conducts neuropsychological assessments of adolescents, adults and older adults with a range of neuropsychiatric disorders, including concussion, traumatic brain injury, dementia, cerebrovascular disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and ADHD.
